Storyline: 

Following the Ghostbusters' defeat of Vigo the Carpathian, Egon Spengler became convinced the Sumerian god Gozer would return and destroy the world. Unable to persuade his teammates, Ray Stantz, Peter Venkman, and Winston Zeddemore, Egon took most of their ghost hunting equipment and relocated to a farm in Summerville, Oklahoma, believing a nearby mine once owned by deceased occultist Ivo Shandor would be the site of Gozer's return. Lacking equipment and with supernatural activity declining, the Ghostbusters eventually disbanded.
