It stars Jesse Metcalfe, Bruce Willis, Chad Michael Murray, Kelly Greyson, Ser'Darius Blain, Michael Sirow, Shannen Doherty, and Katalina Viteri. It is the first film in a trilogy and will be followed by The Fortress 2 and The Fortress 3. The film is scheduled to be released in select theaters and on video on demand by Lionsgate Films on December 17, 2021.
